At TPS (Insurance Admin Services) Ltd – established in 1989 – we insure over 2 million travellers every year. Through our wealth of experience we have created a range of travel insurance packages to suit the needs of many travellers. From Single Trip cover for individuals, families or groups, to multi-trip Annual Multi-trip travel insurance policies for regular travellers. Whatever your needs, TPS (Insurance Admin Services) Ltd is here to give you first class cover and outstanding value.
Our dedicated Contact Centre is staffed seven days a week by insurance experts and we place heavy emphasis on training and investment in our single most precious asset – people! As a customer, this means that you benefit in turn through the high levels of customer service that we continually strive to provide.
Our opening hours are:
8am to 8pm Weekdays
9am to 5pm Saturdays
10am to 4pm Sundays
Our stated policy of ensuring that ‘customers come first’ is enshrined in our unique Claims Charter, which is dedicated to the professional and rapid settlement of your valid claims. Our Cash Back promise undertakes to settle all claims within seven working days of receiving all the relevant paperwork. If we fail, we will pay you cash compensation upon application.
