Just give our Claims Department a call on 08707 744199 and speak to one of our Claims Handlers, who will advise you on what to do next and what documentation you need to provide in order to substantiate your claim.
What happens next?
Our Claims Department will despatch a claims form to you - simply complete the claims form and return it to us with all the relevant documentation - and we will handle the claim.
Please note that if your claim relates to a medical condition, you will need to ask your GP to complete a medical form that features on the claims form. In common with most travel insurance, any costs charged by your GP for this service cannot be claimed for.
