How to claim

If your client needs to make a claim, please advise them to follow the instructions below:

1. Check the certificate or booking invoice and the appropriate section of the policy to make sure what is being claimed for is covered.

2. Telephone the First Assistance Claims Hotline on 0870 224 7682 to obtain a claim form, giving name, certificate number and brief details of the claim.

Please advise your client that ALL claim forms must be submitted within 28 days of the return of the trip.
