How To Claim
Should you be unfortunate enough to need to make a claim on your policy, just give our Claims Department a call on 0845 303 8595 and speak to one of our Claims Handlers, who will advise you on what to do next and what documentation you need to provide in order to support your claim.
What happens next?
Our Claims Department will despatch a claims form to you - simply complete the claims form and return it to us with all the relevant documentation - and we will process the claim as soon as possible.
When returning the claim form, please include all relevant documentation. Please send originals – not photocopies (keep copies for your records). For all claims you will need to send your original insurance certificate and your original booking invoice.
