Upgrade Your Policy

If you have already purchased a Standard Single Trip policy for a trip which involves a Ryanair flight, either via this website, or when purchasing a Ryanair flight ticket or via Ryanair Direct, you have the option to upgrade your policy to our Gold policy; which offers increased and additional levels of cover to that offered under our Standard Policy; or you can include wintersports cover for the period of your trip; or you can include business cover for the period of your trip.

The specific upgrades that are available are as follows:
• Gold Single Trip Policy,
• Standard Wintersports Single Trip Policy,
• Gold Wintersports Single Trip Policy,
• Inclusion of schedule airline failure cover,

Please note that to purchase this policy upgrade, you must:

• Be a UK or Irish resident,
• Have already purchased a standard single trip policy, for a trip which involves a Ryanair flight,
• Not have commenced your trip,
• Purchase this upgrade for the same travel dates as your original policy,
• Purchase this upgrade from and to the same destinations as your original policy.

In addition, to the above, a claim must not already exist.

Having purchased this policy upgrade and in the event of a claim, you will be required to supply the two travel insurance policy numbers & booking confirmations, which gives details of both the standard and upgraded travel insurance policies you have purchased.
