This policy is arranged and administered by UK Underwriting Limited and is underwritten by a panel of insurers including Norwich Union and Primary Insurance Company. UK Underwriting and Primary Insurance Company are both members of Primary Group. For further details please visit www.primary-group.com Q. Are there any policy exclusions and conditions? A. Yes. Specimen policy documents and Keyfacts documents containing details of cover and any exclusions and conditions which apply are available to view and print in the Policy Documentation menu. Q. Am I eligible to take out travel insurance? A. Yes, provided that you are a UK or ROI resident. The country of residence is the country in which you live for the majority of the year. Our travel insurance policies are not available to residents outside of the UK (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) and Ireland. Residents of the Isle of Man and Channel Islands can obtain insurance excluding the payment of Insurance Premium Tax by calling our call centre on 0870 787 5919. Q. Is cover available for persons over the age of 65? A. Yes, cover is available to applicants up to and including age 75 subject to terms and conditions. Please select the Plus option on our homepage.
Q. Can children travel independently on Annual Multi-Trip policies? A. Yes. Q. Does the Annual Multi-Trip Worldwide policy cover winter sports? A. We do offer an annual multi trip policy with winter sports. Please select the winter sports option on our homepage. Q. Is golf cover available? A. Yes, upon payment of an additional premium. Q. How do I make a claim? A. Please see the menu option 'How to Claim'. When making a claim remember to have your policy number and details to hand. Q. I've bought a policy and want to change my details. A. Please contact our call centre to amend your policy. Q. Can I cancel my travel insurance? A. You can cancel your travel insurance policy within 14 days of purchase and get a full refund providing you have not travelled or have any reason to make a claim. Q. Who administers the claims? A. Standard policy claims are administered by Inter Group Claims Services. Please refer to the how to claim page for full contact details. Q. What if I need to make a complaint? A.
